This guide walks you through getting started with MarketingSoda Refine™, from joining the waitlist to running your first database health scan and understanding what comes next.
Joining the Waitlist
Step 1: Visit the Homepage
Go to marketingsoda.ai.
Step 2: Enter Your Work Email
In the email signup field, enter your work email address (e.g., you@yourcompany.com).
Note: Personal email addresses (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Hotmail, etc.) are not accepted. MarketingSoda Refine is a B2B platform and requires work email verification.
Step 3: Submit
Click the signup button. You will receive a confirmation that you have been added to the waitlist.

- Periodic updates on product development
- Invitation to apply for the Founding Member program
- Access to the free database health scan
Running Your Free Database Health Scan
The free database health scan is available to everyone -- you do not need to be on the waitlist to use it.
Prerequisites
- A HubSpot account with contacts (any plan, including Free)
- Admin or App Marketplace Access permissions in HubSpot
- A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
Step-by-Step
- Navigate to the audit page: Visit marketingsoda.ai/en/audit.
- Click "Connect Your HubSpot": You will be redirected to HubSpot.
- Authorize read-only access: Click "Grant access" on the HubSpot screen. MarketingSoda Refine only requests
crm.objects.contacts.readpermission. - Watch the scan progress: Stay on the page while your contacts are read and scored. This takes 2-5 minutes.
- Unlock your full report: After the scan completes, fill out the lead capture form (first name, last name, work email, company name).
- Review your results: Your report shows your overall grade, dimension scores, top issues, and recommendations.

Understanding Your Report
Your report includes:
Overall Health Score
A composite score from 0 to 100 with a letter grade (A through F).
Seven Quality Dimensions
Each scored 0-100:
- Completeness -- Are important fields filled in?
- Accuracy -- Is the data correct?
- Freshness -- Has the data been updated recently?
- Validity -- Are field formats correct?
- Consistency -- Is formatting standardized?
- Uniqueness -- Are there duplicate contacts?
- Enrichment Coverage -- Do contacts have professional enrichment data?
Top Issues and Recommendations
Up to five issues prioritized by severity, with specific recommendations on what to fix first.

Founding Member Program
What It Is
The Founding Member program is a curated cohort of 50 marketing professionals selected to shape MarketingSoda Refine's direction. It is an invitation to apply, not an automatic enrollment.
Who Qualifies
- HubSpot Professional or Enterprise user (any Hub)
- 10,000+ contacts under management
- Role: RevOps, Marketing Ops, Demand Gen, or HubSpot Admin
- B2B company

The Beta Partner program selects 10 companies from the Founding Member pool for the deepest level of engagement. Beta Partners get free, full access during the beta period in exchange for structured feedback and collaboration.
